dismissive attitude phone incident

i experienced issues with the reception staff. i found their dismissive attitude unhelpful when i raised a concern about the wifi. the staff member hung up the phone during our conversation, this is unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful, providing clear directions and assistance. I found the room was a good size, offering enough space to relax. The breakfast bag was a lovely touch. It had a croissant a small juice and an apple for a simple start to my day.

I found signs of wear in the bathroom. I noted the sink had a small crack.

i found convenient onsite parking. the reception staff was friendly and helpful upon my arrival. my room was clean and spacious. i was pleased with the location, a reasonable distance from the station.

the hotel rooms could benefit from some updates.

spacious room friendly staff breakfast bag noisy corridor tired room faulty door

the room was spacious and the shower was lovely. the staff were really friendly. the breakfast bag was fine for a quick start to the day. it was near town, so i could walk in without taking the car.

the bathroom door did not close properly. the room was generally very tired. the corridor was noisy with people and doors.
